Customizing the Sender Address
You can customize the sender name and Reply-to address for invoice and estimate emails.
How it Works
All Harvest invoices and estimates are sent from “Your name” <notifications@harvestapp.com>, with a Reply-to address of “Your Name” <youremailaddress@domain.com>. You can either use this default, or you can change the sender name (ie. the “Your Name” part) and configure a different Reply-to address.
- Name – The name you choose appears as the display name for both the From and Reply-to addresses.
- Reply-to Address – This is the email address to which your clients can reply to an invoice or estimate email.

Changing the Sender Name
You can create multiple senders.
- Go to Invoices > Configure > Company Information.
- Under Send Message As, click Add Email.
- For Name, enter the display name you want to appear for the From and Reply-to addresses. For Email Address, enter the address to which you’d like your clients to reply.
- Click Add Address.
- A verification email will be sent to the address you entered to make sure that it is valid. In that email, click the Verify This Sender Address link.
Your Send Message As settings will automatically be saved.
Sending Emails from Different Addresses
You can add more than one email address to your Send Message As list, and choose a default address.

When you are sending an invoice or estimate email, there will be a Send As menu. The address that you have marked as default will be the address from which your emails are sent unless you choose a different address from this menu.
