How to Use Online Payment Step-by-step

1. Go to Invoices > Configure > Online Payment, and choose to set up PayPal Website Payments Standard, or another payment gateway.
   • For step-by-step directions on how to set up each gateway, go to the respective Help Center pages for PayPal Payments Standard, Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal Payments Pro, and Linkpoint/FirstData.
2. After your integration is set up, create an invoice for your client.
3. When you are sending the invoice, be sure to check the box Include link to Web Invoice for online payment. This will allow your client to pay the invoice online.
