Why are my hours not showing up on my invoice?
Invoices only pulls in billable hours, so it’s likely that your project is either marked as non-billable or is marked as billable but has all non-billable tasks. To fix this:
- Go to Manage > Projects.
- Click on the project you’re trying to bill for.
- Either change the Invoice Method to This project is billable… OR, if the project is already billable, go to the Tasks section of the form and mark tasks as billable.
- Save the project.
- Go to Invoices > Overview, and try to create the invoice for that project again. The hours should now appear on your invoice.
Also, it is possible that your project is billable and has billable tasks, but you have not tracked any billable hours. Make sure the tasks you have tracked time to are marked as billable.
