Who you are:

• You have strong problem solving, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a fast learner, familiar with web-software and technology, and can bridge the gap between technical jargon and layman's terms.
• You are an excellent listener, noting feedback, requests and desires from our customers, and able to share those insights with the team.
• You are able to distill customer business problems and explain how their problems can be addressed by Harvest.
• You are enthusiastic about talking to customers over the phone.
• You are results driven, and comfortable working with numbers.
• You are familiar with online marketing tactics and strategy.
