Resolving Downtime

Some Harvest users may be seeing a temporary downtime message when accessing Harvest right now. Harvest is not actually down but because of a DNS issue, it will appear to be down from some locations.

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are working as quickly as we can to resolve this issue and we will post an update as soon as things are back to normal for everyone.

Update (2:49PM EST): DNS issue has been resolved. Harvest should now be accessible from all locations again. If you are still experiencing problems, please email us: support@getharvest.com

Update 2 (5:00PM EST): Some of our DNS servers are still problematic. We’ve eliminated these DNS servers from our records and have put measures in place to prevent this from happening in the future.

The mis-directed routing affected approximately 5% of Harvest users. If you were significantly affected by this issue, please contact us for additional support.
