Invoice PDFs get a new look

We’ve just pushed out a few changes to vastly improve the look of the PDF invoices you can generate and send from Harvest. Here’s a look at what’s new:

  1. A new, clean invoice layout that’s professional and simple. We re-worked the spacing, type, and overall layout to make the invoice template easy on the eyes.
  2. Support for high-resolution logo – simply upload a high-resolution image of your logo (1500+ pixels wide recommended, we’ll re-size it for you) and see your logo crisp and sharp on your PDFs.

We hope you (and your clients) enjoy the new look!

  • Nice, nice. Very sharp indeed.

  • This was the only thing I missed about the switch from Blinksale, whose invoice design is also very nice. Great to see the continual improvements, for which this one is happily welcomed too. Great job!

  • I echo Paul’s comments above. I was actually going to send an email suggesting some improvements and you guys beat me to it. Great work!

  • This is a definite improvement. Thanks for the continued refinement.

Naming the PDF with the invoice ID so that I don’t have to rename numerous “generate_pdf” files would be nice.

And the ability to apply discounts to an invoice would be handy too.

    Thanks again!

    I heartily second Jon’s requests!

  • Great job! You guys do a great job of communication about your product. Thanks for the updates!

  • Jon & Jana – the PDF is saved with the invoice ID – check it out and let us know if you have any issued with it.
