Importantly, overtime compensation is mandated at twice the regular hourly wage, ensuring fair remuneration for additional work hours.
Employers must adhere to strict guidelines: an employee should not work more than 10 hours a day, including overtime, and total weekly work hours should not exceed 60 hours. Over the course of a year, the average weekly working hours, including overtime, should not surpass 56 hours.
