Employees can work no more than 4 extra hours over two consecutive days, with a yearly cap of 120 hours. Importantly, overtime pay must be at least double the regular rate. Additionally, regulations are even stricter under martial law, where working hours may extend up to 60 hours per week for critical sectors.
