During periods of martial law, such as for employees in critical infrastructure sectors, working hours may extend up to 60 hours per week. This requires careful tracking and adherence to specific regulations. Additionally, the law mandates a daily rest period of at least twice the duration of the preceding workday, along with a weekly rest break of at least 42 consecutive hours. These provisions ensure that employees receive adequate time off, promoting health and productivity.
