Calendar view for time tracking

Plan your time the way you actually work. The new calendar view in duration mode lets you see your week at a glance and track time directly from your schedule—making it easier to stay on top of your hours without breaking your flow.

White-label invoices

Make invoices and client communications feel more like your own. You can now remove Harvest branding and add your own colors, banner, and contact details.

Expanded roles and permissions

Give every person the right level of access. Harvest now has a redesigned permissions system with six purpose-built roles, plus the option to create custom roles for your team.

Expenses and reimbursements

Team members can now flag expenses for reimbursement when creating them, and administrators can review and approve those requests in one place.
